Cancellation & Refund Policy
This policy explains billing, cancellation, and refunds for real_talk subscriptions. Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.
Free trial
You can try 10 minutes of conversation for free before paying. The free trial involves no charge and is not subject to refunds.
Subscription and renewal
Paid plans renew automatically each month or year. You can cancel anytime before your next billing date from your profile page. After cancellation you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged for the following cycle.
Withdrawal and refunds
In line with applicable consumer-protection law, you may request a full refund within 7 days of payment if you have not used the practice time provided by that payment. Once you begin using practice time, the portion already delivered and consumed may be non-refundable given the nature of digital content; any remaining unused portion is handled as required by applicable law.
If the service has a material defect or a billing error occurred, we will issue a refund regardless of usage.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, email seeusoong@realeng.net with the email used for payment, your order number (or receipt), and the reason. We respond within 3 business days; approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to arrive depending on the processor.
