real_talk is an AI English conversation learning service for users aged 14 and older.

Accounts and age
Users must sign in with an accurate email address or their own social account and keep sign-in methods secure. Users must attest that they are at least 14; users under 14 may not register for or use the service.
AI learning notice
AI responses and feedback may contain errors and are not legal, medical, or financial advice. Verify important information separately.
Subscriptions and changes
Paid plans renew on the monthly or annual cycle shown before checkout. Upgrades may be prorated immediately. Downgrades and cancellations take effect from the next billing date shown in the Paddle portal, with access continuing through the paid period.
Cancellation and refunds
Customers in South Korea may request a full refund within seven days through the Paddle portal or seeusoong@realeng.net. Material technical defects and mandatory refund rights are handled under applicable law and Paddle's refund policy. Subscriptions may be canceled at any time to stop future billing.
Fair use
Account sharing, system circumvention, automated abuse, and infringement of others' rights are prohibited. One account may run only one live voice session at a time.
