The first phrase when ordering food in the room. Then mention the room number and the menu.
Could you give me a club sandwich and a bottle of water?
Order more than two items at once with 'Could I get A and B?'. Just swap the menu names.
How long will it take?
The air conditioning isn't working, could someone take a look?
The neighboring room is too noisy. Could you take action?
'Is there anything you can do?' is a polite way to request a solution without getting angry.
Could you send up one more blanket?
'sent up / bring up' means to send (up to the room). It's an expression asking the front desk to bring it to the room.
