像时间一样，'准确的时刻' 用 at。at 7, at noon, at midnight。

星期·日期用 on. on Monday, on the 5th, on my birthday.

月份·季节·年份等'较长时间'用 in. in May, in summer, in 2026.

我早上锻炼。

in the morning/afternoon/evening. 但'晚上'例外用 at night!
